    What are the main goals achieved during coaching?

    The goals of the coaching process vary depending on your individual needs and expectations. They may differ based on your current situation and requirements, but typically include:

    • Achieving professional goals – Scaling a business, starting a company, changing jobs, taking on a new role
    • Achieving Personal Goals: such as improving physical health, boosting self-confidence, and building work-life balance.
    • Skill Development: Improving communication, leadership, time management, stress management, and relaxation skills.
    • Enhancing Self-Awareness: Gaining a deeper understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations.
    • Overcoming challenges: Solving problems and overcoming obstacles in personal or professional life.
    • Improving Relationships: Strengthening relationships with others by fostering acceptance and understanding for yourself and those around you. This includes enhancing partnerships, relationships with children, professional connections, and any other significant relationships in your life.

    Goals are defined by you. Just as no two individuals are the same, there are no identical strategies for achieving goals. The plan to meet them is created during the sessions. 

    What does a standard coaching session look like?

    The first session is usually a bit different from the others. This is where our collaboration begins, and we identify your primary goal to achieve. We establish and agree on the approach to working toward that goal.

    The next coaching session typically follows this structure:

    • Preparation: Starting with a review of progress since the last session and discussing current challenges.
    • Setting Goals for the Session: Defining what you want to achieve during the session. We accomplish this by delving deeper and analyzing your core needs.
    • Working on Challenges: With my guidance, you analyze current situation and desired future state. We focus on generating ideas and strategies to solve problems.
    • Summary and Action Plan: Developing specific, measurable, and achievable steps to take before the next session. You create the plan with my support.
    • Final thought: Discussing your achievements during the session and taking time to appreciate the effort you put into analysis and planning. Why? This element is often overlooked, but it’s a key part of moving forward with momentum. Appreciate yourself!
    • After each session, you always receive a summary of your work from me. Partial goals, along with the plan you’ve developed, are always included. I complement your work with additional tasks related to observing progress or deepening your knowledge in specific areas that will expand your awareness.
    What results can you expect after completing the entire coaching process?

    The expected outcomes of the coaching process may include:

    • Achieving your clearly defined goal: Success in achieving goals such as a promotion, skill improvement, or better time management..
    • Improved self-awareness: A significant increase in understanding yourself, your motivations, and areas for growth occurs. There is a heightened awareness of your strengths as well as the areas that still require improvement.
    • Improvement in Skills and Effectiveness: Development of skills necessary for achieving success in work or personal life. Through active participation throughout the program, you become a well-oiled machine. You have the skills, you have the plan, and you execute it.
    • Increased Self-Confidence: Confidence in decision-making and action. You know what motivates you, You know what matters to you, and You understand your value. You gain ease in every aspect of your activities.
    • Improved Relationships: Improved communication and relationships with others. During the sessions, we focus on your needs and goals, achieving them by asking very specific, thought-provoking questions. Working with me, you learn to do the same. This is one of the stages of growth—when, instead of making statements, you start asking questions. The ability to ask the right questions is the key to building meaningful and valuable relationships.
    What is the measure of success in the coaching process?

    Achievements in the coaching process is measured by:

    • Attainment of Goals: Goals are always SMART—specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound. By working on such well-defined goals, we always know where we stand. The level of achievement can be determined using a numerical scale, percentage, or milestones.
    • Progress in Self Development: Changes in the level of self-awareness, skills, and confidence. This could include greater social engagement, rebuilding a strained relationship with a loved one, or even creating a new relationship after years of challenges.
    • Changes in Behavior: You implement new strategies and ways of acting in your life. This translates into the number of clients, the level of collaboration with others, and a reduction in stressful situations.
    • Feedback from Others: Opinions from the client’s surroundings, such as colleagues or loved ones, about noticeable changes. A useful tool in this process is the 360-degree feedback assessment.

    If you actively participate throughout the entire coaching program, the only thing you can count on is positive changes and astonishing results. I promise nothing more.

    What are the typical durations and frequencies of coaching sessions?

    The typical duration and frequency of coaching sessions may vary, but common options include:

    • Session Duration: Coaching sessions typically last between 45 and 90 minutes. Why? The work is intensive and requires continuous focus. We are accustomed to many distractions—an overload of messages, social media, and constant bombardment with new information. This makes extended periods of intense focus exhausting.
    • Session intervals: I suggest that the sessions are held at as equal intervals as possible, for example: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. There are also unforeseen, crisis situations that require Ad-HoC action, we meet as soon as possible. We develop a plan for the specific moment. Everything to support Your goal.
    • Mini program: “Super Dad in 2 Weeks” includes 3 full 60-minute sessions and 2 x Follow-up, Focuses on building a conscious relationship with your child.
    • Coaching programs: I conduct coaching programs tailored to the needs of specific groups of people:

    „Become a conscious, present Dad and partner in 45 days”

    “Discover Your Potential as a Father and Leader in 90 Days”

    • Session packages: Include a certain number of sessions over a fixed period, for example, 6-12 sessions over several months.
    Is one session enough for me to solve the problem?

    Single sessions, called intervention sessions, I recommend for working on challenging goals, achievable in a short period of time, for highly motivated people.

     

    For more complex situations, requiring work over several weeks, months or even a year – I recommend packages of 6-12 meetings. This way you invest and Secure your resources to work on yourself. You do it in a planned, structured way.

    In achieving complex goals, lowering commitment is a critical obstacle to success.

     

    I compare it to visits to the dentist:

    When it hurts we walk and heal, when it stops hurting we consider the problem solved.
